Consent to the Processing of Personal Data for Marketing Purposes

By ticking the relevant box on the website simicekovska.com, I hereby give MediaBrothers, s. r. o., with its registered office at Trnavská cesta 19375/8C, 821 08 Bratislava – Ružinov, Company ID No.: 51 876 655, Tax ID No.: 2120816170, VAT ID No.: SK2120816170 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), my explicit and voluntary consent to the processing of my personal data which I have provided by completing the relevant fields on the website simicekovska.com, in particular my first name, surname, email address and telephone number, including for the purposes of the Controller’s marketing activities.

In particular, I consent to being contacted with information about artistic works, new paintings, art prints, limited-edition collections, exhibitions, exhibition openings, events, available artworks and other products or activities presented through the website simicekovska.com.

I give this consent for a period of 3 years from the date on which it is granted.

I acknowledge that:

  • I may withdraw my consent at any time and without giving any reason by sending a notice to info@simicekovska.com. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
  • giving consent is voluntary and I am under no legal obligation to provide it. Giving consent is not a condition for entering into a contractual relationship with the Controller, nor is it a condition for purchasing a painting, art print or any other product, and refusing to give consent will not result in any adverse consequences for me. However, without providing my personal data and consenting to their processing, I will not be able to receive the marketing and commercial information referred to above, as the Controller will not be entitled to use my contact details for such purposes;
  • I am also aware that, without evaluating the information I voluntarily provide during communication or through the website, the Controller may not be able to tailor the information provided to my interests and preferences;
